If so, then this year's ELKHORN MOUNTAIN RUNNING CAMP might be just right for you.  Race managers, Bobbie and Jim Pomroy, will again offer a 3-day running camp during the summer of 2008 at a cost of only $350.00.   The fee for this  running camp will include room and board, three meals a day and three guided runs on the Elkhorn course.  In addition, transportation will be provided to and from the airport, for all meals, and scheduled runs. The date for this year's  running camp will be July , 2009.

Lodging: Runners will be housed at the Elkhorn Fitness Retreat lodge located in the Elkhorn Mountains just seven miles east of Montana City, Montana.

Meals: A variety of meals will be provided at the Retreat for runners and when feasible, a bus ride to the Single Tree Saloon and Steakhouse for the Saturday evening meal will be included.

Transportation: Transportation to and from the Helena airport will be provided. Transportation for all scheduled runs will be provided.

Course Terrain: Mountain trails. The training will take place on the Elkhorn Mountain trails. Some sections of the trail are fun easy running but other sections are challenging. Elk, deer and moose are frequently seen on the course. The views from the trails of the Elkhorn Mountains and surrounding area are spectacular.

Camp Participants: All runners are welcome! The camp is designed to assist each runner to meet his or her own running goals. The camp is a training camp with a friendly atmosphere.
