An Elkhorn Fitness Retreat is designed to introduce guests to a vacation fitness retreat.  Guests will take a vacation and return home healthier and happier with knowledge to continue a simple exercise and stress reduction program.

The Fitness Retreat will include lodging in the secluded Elkhorn mountains.   Programs are geared to weight loss, fitness programs, stress-relief programs and healthy life style, with outside activities such as hiking and running on the trails of the Elkhorn mountains.  The retreat will be capable of meeting the needs of the novice runner/walker to the elite athlete (runner).  Meals will be low-fat with vegetarian and vegan meals available.

The Elkhorn Fitness Retreat takes only 8 to 16 guests at any given time and is seven miles from the nearest tiny town of Montana City, so large crowds are one of the first things guests will happily avoid. This retreat is not for people who seek the ultimate in luxury, or the latest advance in pampering, or the hottest new piece of exercise equipment. But is the place for those who are serious about renewing their commitment to exercise and healthy living.

Meals will be low in fat and high in complex carbohydrates with vegetarian meals and vegan meals available. Guests will be served three family-style meals a day with snacks provided in the main lodge.

Daily activities will consist of the following:

All Elkhorn Fitness Retreat packages will include an exciting river trip.  Therefore, each guest must bring a sleeping bag for the float trip as we will be doing an overnight camp-out on the river.
